Refund & Returns

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all original labels intact.

It's important to note that you, as the customer, are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the product to our warehouse, unless the product is damaged or does not match its description.

To start a return, please get in touch with us at support@plurix.co, or send us a message on the contact us page. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the product. Please remember that we cannot accept items sent back without prior approval for a return.

We will issue a refund if the goods are returned to us in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery. You will be responsible for shipping the items back to our warehouse in China.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will proceed to refund you the full amount you paid for the product. 

If you receive a damaged product, we kindly ask you to provide us with a high-quality image or video showcasing the damage. This is necessary in order for us to issue a replacement.
