How long does it take for an order to arrive?

The delivery time for any order will depend on your location. Below is a list of countries along with their estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 7-11 business days
  • The UK: 5-11 business days
  • Australia: 7-10 business days
  • New Zealand: 7-11 business days

Please note that the delivery time mentioned above does not include the 1-5 business days required to prepare your order for shipment.

What is your shipping cost?

Our store currently offers free shipping on all orders!

How long does it take to process a refund?

It takes a few days from the time we issue the refund until the funds are credited back to your original payment method

Can I cancel or change my order after it's been placed?

Yes, as long as the order hasn't been shipped yet. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. 

Once your item has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
